A Beginners Guide to Animations with Adobe After Effects
In this short course you will learn how to create animations with After Effects from scratch. We will start from the very basics and build on gradually. This course specifically focuses on animating texts and vector shapes. You will also learn how to import images and animate them to create a simple but cool looking title sequence.
After Effects is a very powerful animations and visual effects software and is part of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. It is used by professionals in motion graphics and movie industries. It can feel daunting to a beginner and has a learning curve to it. If you have no prior experience with 2D animations and Adobe After Effects, you are at the right place. Its a short course and will hopefully get you going in no time.
Course Requirements:
A computer with the ability to run Adobe After Effects (running Mac OS or Windows 8, 8.1, or 10)
Adobe After Effects (a trial version is also sufficient)
No prior knowledge of After Effects or 2D animation skills are required.
