Adobe Animate is awesome right now. The latest version, Animate CC 2019 is fluid and awesome at publishing to HTML5 (not .swf). However by default it's still what's considered pixel perfect, meaning it's not meant to scale.

That's where this tutorial comes in. It picks up where Adobe Animate left off, when it came to fully publishing scalable and responsive HTML5 projects.
