i download them without opening them the version i open is blender 2.93,3.2,3.0,3.1 i open only get an error message

  this is a rar file i tried converting it to zip and trying to unzip it and attach it to the addon and it still doesn't work

    Try this:
    
    found the solution:
    - create missing folders "_bitmaps_" and "_presets_" in the "_ASSET LIBRARY_" folder
    - rename the "Gardener Pro for Blender 3" to "Gardener"
    - compress it
    - re-open blender
    - install it again
    - enjoy
