Solid Angle Houdini to Arnold 4.0.2 for Houdini 16x - 17x (Win/Mac/Linux)

Changes HtoA 4.0.2 (This is a bug fix release by 12 April 2019)

Compatibility
This release uses Arnold 5.3.0.2 and OpenVDB 4.0.0.

Please note that Houdini Apprentice does not support third-party renderers and thus cannot run HtoA.
