A gymnastic shell fungus of variable height, is used in the training process to perform an element of rotation. Can replace the flailing horse. Height adjustable. As a matter of fact, it is a soft round stool with upholstery from light kozhvinila, on a rack and cross at the basis. On the upper plane is mounted a special handle. The metal rack is painted in gray enamel.
