A modern block fitness machine designed for strengthening the hands, back, for working out the inner and outer oblique muscles of the abdomen, the square lumbar muscle and the vertebral-sacral muscle. Equipped with a machine with a bench, blocks and levers, as well as a side rack with a cargo system in a gray casing. The other elements of the simulator are black. It is possible to adjust the stack with the weight from the sitting position.
