Solid fuel boiler

Two versions of a solid fuel boiler: with a hopper and auger for automatic fuel supply and without it. The boiler without the hopper is loaded by fuel manually. The boiler casing and bunker are painted in dark red color.

In the first operating mode of the fuel loading boiler (firewood, coal) occurs through the loading hatch. The process of efficient combustion of fuel in the furnace is carried out due to intensive air supply around the perimeter of the chamber. This creates an "air cocoon" around the fuel. Gas, which is not burned in the furnace due to lack of air, burns down due to the supply of secondary air. This ensures a high efficiency.

In the second mode, the fuel (pellet) is loaded automatically from the hopper by a screw screw driven by a geared motor to a pellet burner. The maximum efficient combustion of fuel in the pellet burner is provided by air blowing, which is carried out by the fan. The work of the screw conveyor and the fan is controlled by a microprocessor thermostat.
