3D-model – Aida armchair by Poltrona Frau

The soft and graceful design of the Poltrona Frau Aida armchair is reminiscent of a flower crown, with the armrests opening and curving outward like petals. Simple geometric shapes make up a subtle but distinctive ensemble. And again in this design, Roberto Lazzeroni has created a familiar shape whose edgy style makes it fresh and modern.

Furniture from the 1950s is an iconographic reference. Aida echoes the clean shapes and blends of fabric and leather typical of the period. In this sophisticated swing between the past and the present, the armchair combines traditional production methods with modern materials and effects.

Like traditional Poltrona Frau pieces, the seat, crafted from seasoned beech, features hand-tied steel biconical springs on jute straps. The backrest frame and seat padding are made using the latest technology. in molded polyurethane foam. The upholstery is decorated with a border. Chair dimensions 790 x 900 x 720 mm.
