In the archive max 2011, fbx, textures, materials library. The background used for visualization in the scene is missing. In the soil material is included Displacement. At the bast on the wall, the modifier VRayDisplacementMod is applied. If for some reason you use FBX, then its settings are shown on the 3 rd render.
